Since 2017 he is the co-founder and the General Manager of “ENERCA-Energy Consulting & Applications” company, with the main object of activities to increase energy efficiency, mainly in the industrial and tertiary sector. He is the company responsible for the design and implementation of large-scale electromechanical projects in the industrial sector, with emphasis on the medium voltage level. 

During all these years he has carried out Energy Audits in hundreds of industrial and building installations in Greece and Abroad (USA, Europe, Middle East, Turkey, etc.), which include the performance of power quality measurements of the electrical network, the harmonics analysis, the elaboration of studies and the implementation of electricity and thermal energy saving projects. 

He is a senior member of IEEE, a member of CIGRE, ASHRAE and the Technical Chamber of Greece, while he is a certified with the highest-class Energy Auditor by the Greek Ministry of Energy. He is co-author of ten (10) publications at international journals and conferences with reviewers dealing with distributed generation, energy management and power quality. He was participated in fourteen (14) research projects of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Western Macedonia, funded by European or national resources.
